Government reforms are expected to cut pre\u2011application times for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects by up to 12 months, accelerating delivery of energy, transport and digital infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Planners looking to stand out should strengthen skills in EIA coordination, stakeholder engagement and strategic project management. Experience with large\u2011scale mixed\u2011use schemes, renewable energy proposals and transport\u2011linked development will be increasingly valuable as more projects enter the pipeline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Awareness of emerging policy \u2014 including updated housing land supply rules and design\u2011code requirements \u2014 remains essential.
