Job description

Chelmsford is surrounded by attractive countryside some within the Metropolitan Green Belt but also within 35 minutes of central London by train. There is considerable pressure for development and the city is experiencing significant growth with new housing, commercial, leisure and retail developments taking place, or in the pipeline.

Salary will depend on qualifications and experience.
