We have an exciting new opportunity for an RTPI qualified Planner or Senior Planner to join our client's office in Sevenoaks.

Our client is a global real estate services provider listed on the London Stock Exchange. They have an international network of more than 600 offices and associates throughout the Americas, the UK, continental Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East, offering a range of expertise which covers all the key segments of residential, office, industrial, retail, leisure, healthcare, rural and hotel property, and mixed use development schemes.

In this role you will act for and advise private and institutional clients, public sector bodies and charities who receive and benefit from a complete personal and professional service from the company.
This nationwide Planning Consultancy team is experiencing rapid growth and we are now looking to recruit a high calibre individual to join their south-east team based in Sevenoaks.

Situated within a dynamic multidisciplinary office that includes Chartered Surveyors, Architects and Building Surveyors, the planning team is built on a reputation for providing high profile landowning clients with straightforward, effective advice and support. The firm’s clients include many of the large historic Estates across the south-east, together with institutional and charitable organisations and Government and Local Government agencies.

A skilled Chartered Town and Country Planner (RTPI), you will combine excellent technical knowledge on a wide range of rural and urban planning issues with flair, inspiration and business development skills. You will be working with our client on a large number of exciting projects that encompasses a full range of planning related services including planning reviews, strategic promotion and development plan work and development management. Ability to deliver masterplans and environmental impact assessments will also be useful.

We are keen to hear from proficient commercially-minded individuals with a well-developed understanding and awareness of all aspects of the planning process and a record of success in delivering high quality and successful outcomes. An ability to demonstrate excellent presentation and inter-personal skills will be essential, as will the ability to a write persuasively and concisely.
