Our client
Our client's Planning Division forms part of a multi-disciplinary property company with offices throughout the midlands and south-east. They are seeking an experienced Town Planner to work from their Birmingham office. Their clients include major financial institutions, international and UK based companies, developers and investors, statutory authorities, charities, private clients and many others.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Between 2-4 years' experience
- Working towards or have attained Chartered Membership of the RTPI
- Be commercially minded
- Able to take on this diverse workload
- Support senior members of staff and other members of the team on small to large scale projects
- Good communication skills
- Have a passion for Planning, our client looks for enthusiasm and offers a workplace where people come together collaboratively
