POSITION: Senior Planner / Associate Planner / Associate Director
SALARY: £30,000 - £55,000+ (DOE)

We are looking for an experienced Town Planner to join us and help to drive the growth of the company. You will be an integral part of our team, having responsibility for running your own projects (with the full support of the rest of the professional team when needed). We will make sure you have the resources and flexibility to thrive, enabling you to both win and do the work you want. Alongside your own work, you will also help on other projects, support the Director, and mentor junior members of the team to make sure the company as a whole prospers.
We are open to considering anyone who thinks the above sounds up their street. As a guide, we think the ideal candidate will likely have:
- a relevant planning degree or equivalent qualification
- Chartered (or similar) membership of the RTPI
- 3+ years’ relevant experience in the sector
- A driving licence
As a client facing individual you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have strong project and client management skills and be able to produce well written and presented documents. If you have an existing client base or network of contacts all the better, we will support you in strengthening your client base and network.
Ideally we are looking for someone to join us full time, which is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. Our office is in a nice converted barn just off the M23 between Crawley and East Grinstead and we would love someone to join us there. That said, we are fully equipped for home working and working from home/elsewhere needn’t be a hindrance.
