We are seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic, and professional individuals to be involved in the preparation, monitoring and implementation of our Local Plan and supplementary plans for Wiltshire. You will also support local communities in preparing their own neighbourhood plans and get involved in wider service activities.
Wiltshire’s large and diverse geography, like the Council, has much to offer and is a rewarding environment to work in.
We support hybrid working and you can expect a great working environment with excellent open plan offices at our main hub in Trowbridge, as well as Chippenham and Salisbury and with our modern technology you can comfortably work from home.
About the roles
You will be part of an expanding Spatial Planning service where we have opportunities in different roles depending on experience and qualification.

·Senior Planning (Officer £38296 - £40,478)

You will have suitable qualifications and experience appropriate to the role, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be a strong team player and able to work under your own initiative.
