What You’ll Do

  • Lead the preparation, submission, and management of planning applications across diverse sectors, including site promotion.
  • Deliver high-quality, strategic planning advice to clients throughout all stages of the development process.
  • Manage your own projects while supporting senior colleagues on large-scale, complex schemes.
  • Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive business growth by contributing ideas and actively participating in the firm’s development.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to propel projects forward efficiently and effectively.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • MRTPI qualified, with experience in consultancy or local authority planning environments.
  • Confident project manager and advisor, comfortable taking ownership of client relationships.
  • Pragmatic, commercially savvy, and focused on delivering practical, solutions-oriented outcomes.
  • Motivated to grow into a leadership role within a supportive and ambitious team culture.
