We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Team Manager to lead teams within our Development Management service. You will manage a team of Planners and specialists, focusing on performance, leadership, and service improvement rather than carrying your own caseload.

Guided by our One Teignbridge plan, we work collaboratively with our communities and partners to create a healthy, sustainable, and desirable place to live, work, and visit.
We are a values‑driven organisation committed to high standards, continuous improvement, and excellent customer service.
We are an equal opportunities employer committed to a diverse and inclusive organisation. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of their age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation, caring responsibilities, and socio-economic status.
