Working at Arthian

Arthian is a multidisciplinary consultancy formed through the merger of Mabbett & Associates and IKM Consulting. Its team includes planners, environmental scientists, engineers, and safety and sustainability consultants. It provides integrated engineering, sustainability, planning and development services, working across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through to design, construction and site surrender. Its work covers energy, industry, infrastructure and the built environment.

Planners at Arthian work alongside environmental specialists to help clients navigate regulation, secure consents and progress developments. They sit within a team covering ecology, air quality, noise, heritage, hydrology and climate resilience. Recent projects include a major data centre development and wind farm habitat management. Arthian states that its people are central to the business, and that it offers opportunities to grow and develop. Employees can also donate one day a year to a charity of their choice.
