Our multidisciplinary team holds chartered membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT), providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of planning, architecture and development.
We are looking for a highly skilled, commercially motivated and personable Chartered Town Planner to join our team. Ideally you would have at least six years’ experience working in private practice with the last three years at a senior level. Experience in the public sector would be advantageous.
You will need to demonstrate that you are a team player who will enjoy collaborative work with our in-house design team.
The successful candidate will be expected to become an Associate Director after an agreed probationary period and opportunity for having equity in the Limited Company. You will primarily be based in our Wells office.
You will need to have a personality and drive to promote business development and enthusiastically contribute to the Company’s strategic development, including attending networking events and expanding the Company’s digital media presence.

We are offering an attractive salary of up to £55,000 per annum, according to experience, 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays and offer flexible working hours.
