For planners, the firm offers consultancy work in both its Planning & Development and Architecture & Design teams. The Planning & Development team, led from the Isle of Wight by a partner who has worked in both the public and private sectors, looks after a wide range of projects. In Winchester, planning consultants advise clients on development opportunities and prepare planning applications for rural projects. Examples include isolated countryside dwellings, barn conversions and the redevelopment of redundant farmyards. Planners work alongside architecture and rural consultancy colleagues.
