About the role
Group Planner supporting planning activity across Harron Homes' North Midlands and Yorkshire regions, working with the Group Planning Manager, internal teams, local planning authorities and consultants, from site research to applications, conditions and S106 compliance.

- Planning-related degree (not essential)
- Some planning or development exposure
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel between offices and sites
