Youโ€™ll lead the Camberley office, driving business development, mentoring a growing team, and delivering high-impact planning advice across residential, mixed-use, and strategic land projects. The role blends leadership, client engagement, and hands-on planning expertise.

๐Ÿ’ผ Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the Camberley office, shaping its culture, strategy, and performance
  • Win and deliver planning work across the South East, leveraging existing frameworks and forging new relationships
  • Provide expert advice on planning applications, appeals, site promotion, and strategic land
  • Mentor junior planners and contribute to national thought leadership
  • Collaborate with other regional offices and directors to support cross-office initiatives

๐ŸŽฏ Ideal Candidate

  • MRTPI-qualified with 10+ yearsโ€™ experience in consultancy or local authority
  • Proven track record of business development and client retention
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and grow a team
  • Commercially minded, with an eye for opportunity and strategic growth
  • Deep understanding of planning policy, development management, and strategic land promotion
