We are a London-based Architecture and Planning consultancy looking to recruit experienced Town Planners to join our full-time team. We specialise in preparing, submitting, and managing planning applications, with a proven track record of over 2,000 applications across the M25. You may have even worked on one of our submissions in your professional role.
Our team takes great satisfaction in achieving policy successes and appeal wins, and we are seeking like-minded professionals to contribute to our continued success.
Salary between £36,500 and £45,000 depending on experience.
Who We’re Looking For
We are particularly interested in professionals currently working in Development Control (DC) roles within Local Authorities, who are looking for additional work writing Design and Access Statements, Planning Statements, and Appeal Statements. Our existing consultants are highly experienced, and we take pride in maintaining the high standard of work they have set.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent English with excellent writing skills
- RTPI / FRTPI membership
- Development Control experience within a Local Authority
- Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Word, Zoom, Publisher, Dropbox)
To maintain professional integrity, you will not be assigned projects related to the Local Authority in which you are currently employed.
