What we are looking for
Strong continued growth has created an opportunity for a Planner / Senior Planner to work from our Bristol office. Working primarily in our strategic land sector your role will encompass supporting our clients on a wide range of planning projects. Our current strategic land portfolio is focused on site promotions, planning applications and appeals for a diverse range of projects, ranging from relatively small-scale residential applications to major new settlement proposals throughout the UK. The sector is also working on strategic employment promotion and planning applications.
We are looking for planners / senior planners with experience in the promotion of strategic land. You will share our commitment to excellence, evidenced by a track record in delivering complex client projects to agreed deadlines, and the ability to produce clear and articulate reports. An appetite to maintain and develop your planning knowledge and skills will drive your success, and you will support our collective focus to grow and develop our business.
