An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Principal Development Management Officer within the Council's Planning Service.
The role involves dealing with a varied and interesting caseload of major/strategic projects such as city centre regeneration sites and sustainable urban extensions to the city. It also involves line management of a small team of planners, leading major project teams, presenting to Committee, representing the Council at appeals and participating in the Council's Design Review Panel.
