Salmon Planning + Architecture is a Chartered Planning and Architectural Practice, established in 1998. We are a growing business, with a strong reputation operating in the South-West. Our main office is in Wells, with a secondary office in Exeter.

Our multidisciplinary team holds chartered membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) and provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of planning, architecture and development.
We are seeking a commercially minded, personable Chartered Town Planner or a candidate nearing RTPI qualification to join our team and work alongside our experienced planning consultants.
You will need to demonstrate that you are a team player who will enjoy collaborative work with our in-house design team.
You will primarily be based in our Wells office.
You will need to have a personality and drive to promote business development and enthusiastically contribute to the Company’s strategic development, including attending networking events and expanding the Company’s digital media presence.
The successful candidate can be full or part-time. Flexible approach to working hours is encouraged but attendance at our Wells Office is required.
Benefits include: modern, open-plan offices with parking, company pension scheme, share scheme and paid CPD and Professional Membership. We are offering an attractive salary of up to £55,000 per annum (based on full-time), according to experience, 25 days paid holiday plus bank holidays.
