Senior Planner / Planning Manager

Phoenix Strategic Land specialises in strategic land promotion for residential and commercial development. The company works closely with local authorities, landowners and their advisers and local communities across the East Midlands and East Anglia to unlock land potential, maximise value and deliver sustainable new developments. The role would involve working as part of a team to promote sites through the planning system and coordinate the submission of planning applications with involvement from concept design and analysis through to construction.
Working with colleagues to assess site constraints and produce site masterplans and layouts in accordance with local authority and national planning policy and maintaining a constant review of how policy and regulations are changing.
The role will include work on site planning appraisals, strategic land development promotion, planning application management and collaboration with various councils and planning officers to champion PSL’s land bank through the planning process.

PSL has several sites in active development, across
Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.
Package to include competitive annual salary dependent on
experience, company car (or allowance), company health and pension schemes and
initially 25 days annual leave.
