We are looking for a professional with an excellent knowledge of planning to work in our forward-thinking, innovative and friendly team. You will be given the chance to determine a wide range of planning applications, playing a significant part in the development of the area.
You will have experience of dealing with a comprehensive range of application and development types. This includes bespoke rural schemes to large scale commercial development. We at a critical point in our new local plan where we are expecting a lot of activity as result to support our ambitious targets.
You will prepare reports, both delegated and for Committee, presenting these to our members at the relevant meetings. You will supervise work undertaken by Planning Officers and the development of other team members with advice and appropriate training.
