You’ll lead the Camberley office, driving business development, mentoring a growing team, and delivering high-impact planning advice across residential, mixed-use, and strategic land projects. The role blends leadership, client engagement, and hands-on planning expertise.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Camberley office, shaping its culture, strategy, and performance
- Win and deliver planning work across the South East, leveraging existing frameworks and forging new relationships
- Provide expert advice on planning applications, appeals, site promotion, and strategic land
- Mentor junior planners and contribute to national thought leadership
- Collaborate with other regional offices and directors to support cross-office initiatives
🎯 Ideal Candidate
- MRTPI-qualified with 10+ years’ experience in consultancy or local authority
- Proven track record of business development and client retention
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and grow a team
- Commercially minded, with an eye for opportunity and strategic growth
- Deep understanding of planning policy, development management, and strategic land promotion
