The guide salary is £48,000 – £60,000 plus benefits, depending on experience.

Our client is a national property consultancy with a strong reputation, and its planning team sits alongside building consultancy, commercial and residential colleagues. What you will be doing
- Leading planning work for property owners, occupiers and developers across commercial, retail, leisure, roadside, industrial/logistics and residential sectors
- Managing planning applications from strategy through to determination
- Running appeals and promoting sites through the planning system
- Building relationships with clients, local authorities and other professionals
- Guiding and supporting more junior planners, and helping to develop new business
About you
- Substantial post-qualification experience in UK planning, in consultancy or a similar setting
- MRTPI, or close to chartership
- A track record of managing a varied caseload of applications and appeals
- Commercial awareness, and confidence dealing directly with clients
- Experience in some of the sectors above. You don't need all of them.
