The consultancy
This is a long-established property consultancy with deep roots in the East of England and the Oxford-Cambridge area. Planning sits alongside other property disciplines, including agency, development, and rural and estate management. That gives planners plenty of scope to work with colleagues across the business and to see projects through from start to finish.

- Supporting rural and estate clients with planning advice on their land and assets
- Writing clear planning statements and reports, and building relationships with clients, local authorities and consultants
- Helping to guide more junior colleagues as your own experience grows
About you
- Several years of UK planning experience, in consultancy or a local authority, and ready to take on more responsibility
- Experience of applications, and ideally some exposure to appeals, strategic land or plan-making

- Either MRTPI, or well on the way to it
- A clear writer and confident communicator who enjoys working directly with clients
