Planners at Union4 can expect varied consultancy work across the whole planning process, from early appraisals and strategy through to determination, appeals and inquiries. Recent projects include sites in Exeter, Portsmouth, Reading, Kent, Dorking and London, as well as a 40MW solar farm in Sittingbourne secured on appeal and an anaerobic digestion facility in Swindon. The work also covers heritage, environmental assessment and community engagement, alongside coordinating wider consultant teams.
